Our Services

Do you offer emergency or 24/7 plumbing services?

We’re a small, family-run outfit, so we don’t offer round-the-clock service. That said, if you’re dealing with something urgent - like a shut-off valve situation or no hot water - we’ll do our best to fit you in fast. 

Do you do drain snaking or sewer clean-outs?

We don’t. If you’ve got a backed-up drain or need sewer clearing, we’re happy to point you toward a trusted local provider who specializes in that!

Do you help with planning during new construction or remodels?

Absolutely. We don’t just install - we help homeowners, builders, and even engineers think through system design, fixture placement, layout changes, and more. And if something doesn’t make sense, we’ll speak up and offer a better option.

Can you help with steam systems?

Yes, we do! While steam systems aren’t as common these days, Zach has extensive experience with them, from breweries to military installations. It’s a specialty not every plumber is comfortable with, but it’s one we’re proud to offer.

Pricing & Process

Do you charge by the hour?

We use flat-rate pricing for most jobs. That means you know what it’s going to cost upfront, with no surprises at the end. For bigger, more complex projects, we may provide a detailed proposal or budget. Either way, we believe in clear, honest pricing and sticking to what we quote.

What areas do you serve? 

We’re based in the Flathead Valley and proudly serve Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Kalispell, and the surrounding communities. If you're just outside that range, feel free to reach out - we’re happy to let you know if it’s a fit. We focus on staying local so we can provide timely, reliable service without overextending.
